The good health knee is very important for the balance of the whole organism. It allows us to walk, jump, stand. Over the years may reduce the flexibility of ligaments and tendons of the knee due to a decrease of the natural lubricant of the joints.
We present you the recipe for a drink whose ingredients are rich in vitamin C, magnesium and bromelain. These substances have anti-inflammatory effect and reduce pain, and, in addition to strengthening the joints, has a beneficial effect on the whole body and give you energy.
- 2 cups pineapple chopped into cubes
- 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
- 40 g of honey
- 7 g of cinnamon
- 40 g finely chopped almonds
- 1 cup of instant oatmeal
- 250 ml of water
Cook oatmeal and squeeze the juice from the pineapple. In particular, mix orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon and whisk in a blender. While it blurs, gradually add in the blended oatmeal mixed with the juice of pineapple. All mix well in a blender until you get a homogenous drink.
Optionally, you can add ice cubes and a little muddy. Your healthy drink is ready!
